    Our capabilities include CNC milling, CNC turning, multi-axis machining, EDM machining, drilling, tapping, precision grinding and surface finishing. The final process route depends on the material, part geometry, tolerance requirements and application environment.

    Lead time depends on material availability, part complexity, order quantity and inspection requirements. Prototype projects are usually faster, while production orders involving special metals, tight tolerances or custom documentation may require additional preparation time.

    Yes. We focus on high-performance materials that require careful machining strategies, including titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys and refractory metals. These materials often require proper tooling, cutting parameters, heat control and process planning to achieve stable results.
