  • Q1: What materials do you work with?

    We focus on special metals and high-performance alloys, including titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium and other difficult-to-machine materials. Material selection depends on the application environment, mechanical requirements, tolerance needs and production volume.

  • Q2: Can you help review drawings before quotation?

    Yes. We can review drawings from a manufacturability perspective and provide feedback on machining feasibility, tolerance risks, material selection, surface finishing and cost-sensitive features. This helps reduce unnecessary machining difficulty before production starts.

  • Q3: Can you suggest alternative materials?

    Yes. When the original material is difficult to source, costly, or not ideal for machining, we can discuss possible material alternatives based on strength, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, weight, machinability and application requirements.

  • Q4: Do you support custom engineering requirements?

    Yes. We support custom-machined parts based on drawings, 3D models, material specifications and project requirements. For special metals, we usually evaluate each project case by case to confirm technical feasibility, machining risks and inspection requirements.
